Wir suchen: 2 Barchef_in Barchef_in (Vollzeit) - Ab ca. 03.11.2026 bis ca. 02.05.2027

Die Champagnerhütte des Schlosshotels Ischgl steht für exklusives Après-Ski auf höchstem Niveau. Unser 5-Sterne-Superior-Haus bietet Gästen wie Mitarbeiter_innen ein professionelles, qualitätsbewusstes Umfeld mit erstklassigem Service.

¿ Ihre Tätigkeiten als Barchef_in

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und hochwertigen Serviceablaufs gemeinsam mit dem Barteam

* Gastgeber_in sein: Begrüßen, Beraten, Präsentieren und Verabschieden unserer Gäste

* Vorbereitungsarbeiten (Mise-en-place), fachgerechtes Zubereiten und Servieren von Getränken

* Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Barbereich

* Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen im Haus

* Durchführung korrekter Abrechnungsformalitäten

¿ Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Der Stelle entsprechende Englischkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Wein und Champagner

* Freude an Verantwortung sowie an einer abwechslungsreichen Herausforderung
