Generation mit insgesamt 18 Häusern in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz sind. Mit Sitz in Innsbruck/Tirol verfügt das ADLERS Lifestyle-Hotel über 79 modern ausgestattete Zimmer, darunter 2 Suiten mit bis zu 130 m2, sowie einen exklusiven Spa-Bereich. Hinzu kommen das Restaurant weitsicht mit über 90 à la Carte Plätze sowie eine Bar, eine Terrasse und 2 Bankett-/Seminarräume im 12. Stock. Das Highlight für die Gäste ist allerdings eine Dachterrasse im 13. Stock mit freiem Blick über Innsbruck.

* Leitung im Tagesgeschäft - Mit Überblick und Engagement

** Du unterstützt den Bar Manager bei der Organisation und Koordination des gesamten Barbetriebs und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gäste stets einen exzellenten Service erleben.

* Teamführung & Motivation - Gemeinsam stark

** Du leitest und motivierst das Barteam, planst Dienstpläne und bist Ansprechperson für Fragen und Anliegen deiner Kolleg:innen.

* Qualität & Kreativität - Standards setzen und Neues schaffen

** Du überwachst die Einhaltung unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards, entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Bar Manager neue Cocktailkreationen und bringst innovative Ideen ein.

* Bestellwesen & Lagerverwaltung - Immer bestens ausgestattet

** Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Warenbestellung, Kontrolle und Verwaltung der Lagerbestände und sorgst für eine effiziente Kostenkontrolle.

* Service am Gast - Vorbild auf der Fläche

** Du begrüßt Gäste herzlich, berätst bei der Getränkeauswahl und bist auch selbst aktiv hinter der Bar, um ein perfektes Gästeerlebnis zu schaffen.

Was du mitbringst:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Bar, idealerweise bereits in leitender Funktion

* Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen

* Organisationstalent und Führungsstärke

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Mixen klassischer und moderner Cocktails

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
