Das erwartet Dich:

* Selbstständige Akquise von Projekten

* Beratung von Architekten und Bauherren

* Eigenständige Bauleitung und verantwortungsbewusste Abwicklung von Dach- und Fassadenbegrünungsprojekten

* Planung und Kontrolle des Bauablaufs, Abrechnung der Bauleistungen

* Führen von Besprechungen und Verhandlungen mit AuftraggeberInnen, PlanerInnen, KundInnen, Behörden und Geschäftspartner

* Durchführen der Baustellenergebniskontrolle

* Nachtragsmanagement

* Koordination der Einsätze von Subunternehmen

* Prüfen der Rechnungen von Lieferanten und Subunternehmern

* Kostenoptimale und termingerechte Beschaffung der benötigten Geräte, Maschinen und Materialien (unter Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien)

* Regelmäßige Information und Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung in allen wesentlichen technischen und personalrelevanten Aufgaben und Problemstellungen

* Führung von gewerblichem Personal

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische oder landschaftsgärtnerische Ausbildung (Bauhandwerkerschule, Fachschule, HTL, FH, Baumeister, Studium, Lehrabschluss oder Meister im Landschaftsgartenbau)

* Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung - Neueinsteiger mit oberhalb angeführter Qualifikation sind ebenso erwünscht

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Technisches Fachwissen

* EDV-Kenntnisse

* Aufgeschlossene und engagierte Persönlichkeit

* Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
