Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und sauber ausgeführte Arbeit stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt. 1 Bauhilfsarbeiter_in mit Perspektive zum/zur Vorarbeiter_in für Montagearbeiten Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n engagierte_n Vorarbeiter_in im Bereich Bauhilfsarbeiten für die Vorbereitung unserer Montageprojekte, insbesondere im Umfeld von Wärmepumpenanlagen und Biomasseanlagen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Organisation und Koordination der Montagehilfskräfte auf unseren Baustellen

* Errichtung und Kontrolle von Fundamenten und Sockelbauten für Wärmepumpen / Biomasseanlagen sowie weiterer baulicher Vorarbeiten

* Laufende Überwachung und Qualitätskontrolle der Arbeiten der Bauhilfsarbeiter_innen

* Ansprechpartner_in und Bindeglied zwischen Kund_innen, Baustellenteam und unserem Unternehmen

* Vorab-Besichtigung neuer Baustellen zur Planung und Vorbereitung der Arbeiten

* Eigenständiges Mitdenken und Lösen von Herausforderungen direkt auf der Baustelle

* Bei Bedarf selbst aktiv mitarbeiten und das Team unterstützen

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung im Baugewerbe oder einem handwerklichen Beruf

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, den Überblick über mehrere Baustellen zu behalten

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Bereitschaft, selbst mit anzupacken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Führerschein der Klasse B
