Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und zum Ausbau unserer Geschäftstätigkeiten suchen wir: 1 BAULEITER GEBÄUDETECHNIK (M/W/D) Baustellensteuerung Koordination Qualität Vollzeit 5-Tage-Woche 38,5 Stunden

Baustellen führen. Menschen verbinden. Geschäftsführung entlasten.

Bei Gebäudetechnik Engelhardt hältst du mehrere Baustellen operativ auf Kurs und entlastest die Geschäftsführung. Du bist regelmäßig vor Ort, koordinierst Teams und Projektbeteiligte und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Sicherheit verlässlich zusammenpassen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Steuerung mehrerer Baustellen sowie laufendes Reporting zu Fortschritt, Entscheidungen und Risiken.

* Koordination und Führung der eigenen Montageteams sowie der eingesetzten Partnerfirmen.

* Kontrolle von Ausführungsqualität, Terminen, Kosten, Arbeitssicherheit und technischen Vorgaben.

* Schnittstelle zu Auftraggeber:innen, Planung, örtlicher Bauaufsicht, Generalunternehmen, Lieferant:innen und Gewerken.

* Leitung von Baubesprechungen sowie Koordination von Abnahmen, Mängelbehebung, Dokumentation, Übergabe und Abrechnungsvorbereitung.

Das bringst du mit

* Technische Ausbildung auf HTL-Niveau oder gleichwertig in Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Kälte-, Klima- oder Gebäudetechnik; ein Studium ist ebenfalls willkommen.

* Mindestens fünf Jahre nachweisbare Praxis in Bauleitung, Projektleitung oder Baustellenkoordination in der Gebäudetechnik.

* Erprobte Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsstärke und professioneller Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten.

* Sicherheit mit Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Projektdokumentation sowie gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Führerschein B und sicherer Umgang mit Office; ERP- und CAD-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil.

Entlohnung

ab € 4.888,37 brutto/Monat Orientierungswert auf Basis des KV-Mindestgrundgehalts 2026, Verwendungsgruppe V nach vier Verwendungsgruppenjahren. Einstufung und Vordienstzeiten sind vor Veröffentlichung zu bestätigen; Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
