Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit für die Bauleitung im Industrieanlagenbau. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Führung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Baustellenprojekte im In- und Ausland und tragen maßgeblich zum Projekterfolg bei. 1 Bauleiter_in

für den Industrierohrleitungsbau auf Baustellen in Österreich/Zentraleuropa Vollzeit Baustelle (In - und Ausland)

Aufgaben

* Vollständige Erfüllung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen auf Baustellen im In- und Ausland unter Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Arbeitnehmer:innenschutz

* Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Baustellenabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsanforderungen sowie der wirtschaftlichen Leistungsziele

* Übernahme der Gesamtleitung und Koordination der Baustelle sowie Wahrnehmung aller in den Verträgen festgelegten Rechte und Pflichten

* Führung des Montageteams sowie Identifikation von Entwicklungspotenzialen und Weiterbildungsbedarfen

* Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit des erforderlichen Baustellenequipments sowie dessen sachgemäßer und sorgfältiger Verwendung (Fahrzeuge, Maschinen, Werkzeuge, Materialien, Hilfs- und Verbrauchsstoffe)

* Laufende Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung

* Schriftliche Aufbereitung von Nachforderungen gegenüber sämtlichen Vertragspartner:innen bzw. Mitwirkung bei deren Abwehr in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung

* Erstellung der Baustellen- und Abnahmedokumentation

* Vorbildfunktion hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, Professionalität und Teamkultur

Qualifikationen

* Mindestens abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Facharbeiter:in in einem Metallberuf oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Techniker:in, FH, Universität)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung im Industrieanlagenbau

* Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office

* Ausbildung zur/zum Sicherheitsbeauftragten

* Grundkenntnisse in der Schweißtechnik

* Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke

* Souveränes Auftreten, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Baustelleneinsätze im In- und Ausland

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

4.500,00 €Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 3.415,01 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 4.000 und € 4.500, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt. Neben einem wettbewerbsfähigen Grundgehalt erhalten Sie ein attraktives Entsendevergütungspaket mit zusätzlichen finanziellen und materiellen Vorteilen für Ihren Auslandseinsatz.
