Was Sie erwartet

* Projektleitung: Sie leiten Bauprojekte selbstständig und tragen die technische sowie personelle Verantwortung.

* Auftraggeber:innen: Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten und verhandeln Sie fachkundig und finden Lösungen, die für alle Beteiligten passen.

* Arbeitsvorbereitung: Sie planen den Einsatz von Personal, Maschinen und Material - abgestimmt auf die internen Kosten- und Terminpläne.

* Baustellensteuerung: Sie koordinieren und kontrollieren den Bauablauf sowie die Ausführung. Qualität, Termine und Kosten behalten Sie dabei im Blick.

* Abrechnung: Sie erstellen die Abrechnungen Ihrer Baustellen zeitgerecht und korrekt.

* Kalkulation und Subunternehmen: Sie wirken bei der Angebotskalkulation mit und koordinieren Subunternehmen.

* Standards und Compliance: Sie achten auf die Einhaltung geltender Gesetze, Verordnungen und lokaler Normen sowie der konzernweiten Compliance-Vorgaben. Über den Stand der Technik halten Sie sich auf dem Laufenden.

* Teamführung und Kommunikation: Sie führen Mitarbeitende fair und fachgerecht und sorgen mit regelmäßigen Besprechungen für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss in der Bauleitung.

* Digitale Lösungen: Sie fördern digitale Entwicklungen, um die Produktivität auf Ihren Baustellen zu steigern.

Was Sie mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder TU)

* Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter:in

* Leidenschaft für technische Lösungen

* Kenntnisse in iTWO von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbstständig Entscheidungen zu treffen

* Persönliche Flexibilität, Ausdauer und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungskraft

* Offenheit für digitale und produktivitätssteigernde Lösungen im operativen Baubetrieb

* Hohe persönliche Integrität

Was wir bieten

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt ab € 5.099 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Ihrer Berufserfahrung und kann daher auch höher ausfallen.
