Kabeltiefbau - Glasfaserausbau (gn)

IHRE AUFGABEN Organisation & Führung

In dieser eigenverantwortlichen Funktion haben Sie die Aufgabe verschiedenste Kabeltiefbau-/Glasfaserausbauprojekte, in technischer, organisatorischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht, abzuwickeln. Als erster Ansprechpartner der Auftraggeber, Planer, Behörden und Geschäftspartner, setzen Sie in der Zusammenarbeit auf Vertrauen und beweisen Handschlagqualität.

Zudem verantworten im Rahmen der Abwicklung die:

* Organisation und Kontrolle des Bauablaufs,

* Disposition von Eigenpersonal und Gerät

* Abrechnung der Leistungen

Sie wirken zudem bei der Erstellung von Angeboten für Großprojekte mit und sind in der Lage kleinere und mittlere Bauleistungen selbstständig zu kalkulieren bzw. anzubieten.

IHR PROFIL Technische Kompetenz und Erfahrung

Ihre Kompetenzen haben Sie sich durch eine mehrjährige Praxis in der Abwicklung von Leitungsbau- bzw. allg. Tiefbau- oder Verkehrswegebau-Projekten erworben.

Sie verfügen jedenfalls über

* eine bautechnische Ausbildung (Polier, HTL, Meister, FH/ Uni)

* Kenntnisse der technischen Richtlinien, Sicherheitsvorschriften

* und im Vertragswesen.

* den sicheren Umgang mit Kalkulationsprogrammen und

* der MS-Office Umgebung (Excel, Word, etc.)

Sie überzeugen durch Engagement, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Lösungsorientierung. Reisebereitschaft und gewinnende kommunikative Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab.
