Ein etabliertes Salzburger Familienunternehmen im Hochbau mit über 50 Jahren Marktpräsenz, bekannt für Handschlagqualität, anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte und flache Hierarchien, sucht einen erfahrene_n 1 Bauleiter / Projektleiter (m/w/d) Wer Verantwortung übernehmen will, Projekte von Anfang bis Ende eigenständig abwickeln möchte und einen sicheren regionalen Arbeitgeber im Pongau sucht, ist hier richtig.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 39 Std./Woche, Kurz-/Langwoche, kein Schichtbetrieb

Mobilität: Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche, regionale Mobilität erforderlich

Start: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Standorte: 5500 Bischofshofen (Salzburger Pongau) Henndorf

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten

* Koordination von Gewerken und Subunternehmen

* Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle

* Bauherrnabstimmung

* Aufmaß und Abrechnung

* Dokumentation

* Begleitung von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Übergabe

Ihr Profil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung, z. B. HTL Hochbau, FH oder TU Bauingenieurwesen, Baumeister_in oder vergleichbar

* Alternativ: Polier_in bzw. Bautechniker_in mit fundierter Hochbauerfahrung und Entwicklungspotenzial in Richtung Bauleitung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise 6 bis 8 Jahre

* Erfahrung in Baustellenkoordination und eigenständiger Projektabwicklung

* Sicheres Lesen von Bauplänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und technischen Unterlagen

* Kenntnisse in Aufmaß, Kalkulation und Abrechnung

* Führerschein B

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und Eigenverantwortung

* Kenntnisse einschlägiger Bausoftware von Vorteil
