Wir suchen aktuell 1 Baumanager:in für Bahnbauprojekte (m/w/d) St. Pölten · Vollzeit · Festanstellung

Deine Aufgaben

* Bauabwicklung steuern: Du verantwortest das Baumanagement von Bahninfrastrukturprojekten - von der Baueinleitung bis zur Anlagenübernahme.

* Verträge im Griff: Du steuerst das Vertrags- und Claim-Management, prüfst Mehr-/Minderkostenforderungen und führst Bauvertragsbesprechungen.

* Kosten, Termine, Qualität: Du behältst das Tripel im Blick und greifst bei Abweichungen rechtzeitig ein.

* Schnittstelle für alle: Du koordinierst Planer, Auftragnehmer, ÖBA und Behörden und vertrittst unsere Auftraggeber gegenüber Gemeinden und Anrainern.

* Abrechnung & Vergabe: Du koordinierst die Abrechnung von Bauverträgen und wirkst bei Vergabeverfahren mit.

* Kommunikation & Dokumentation: Du organisierst Besprechungen und hältst die Projektdokumentation sauber.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

* Solides bautechnisches Fundament - abgeschlossene Ausbildung an HTL, FH oder Universität im

Bauwesen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Infrastrukturbau - idealerweise im Bahnbau oder mit öffentlichen

Auftraggebern.

* Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - du steuerst Projekte selbstständig und bringst sie zum

Abschluss

* Verhandlungsgeschick & Durchsetzungsvermögen - souverän gegenüber Auftragnehmern, Planern und Behörden

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten - auf der Baustelle ebenso wie im Besprechungsraum

* Deutschkenntnisse Level C in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Lust, dich laufend weiterzuentwickeln und dein Wissen mit dem Team zu teilen

* Führerschein Klasse B

Gehalt

¿ Entlohnung nach KV für Angestellte in Baugewerbe und Bauindustrie. Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 63.000,- mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung und Anpassung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
