In der ausgeschriebenen Position steuern Sie von unserem Büro in Kirchbichl aus als Bauherrenvertreter_in die Entwicklung, Realisierung und Nachbetreuung unserer Immobilienprojekte in sämtlichen bautechnischen Belangen. 1 Bauprojektmanage_in / Technischer Projektleiter_in Deine Aufgaben

- Verantwortliche Bauherrenvertretung in bautechnischen Angelegenheiten über gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg

- Laufende Koordination und Kommunikation mit externen und internen Projektbeteiligten,

insbesondere Behörden, Planern und Professionisten

- Leitende Funktion bei der Entwicklung von neuen Projekten inkl. Erstellung von Entwurfsstudien

und Kostenprognosen

- Eigenständiges Führen von Vergabevorbereitungen und -Verhandlungen bis zur Vorbereitung

unterschriftsreifer Werkverträge

- Projekt- und Bauleitung in der Ausführungsphase (in Steuerung ÖBA-Partner oder im Bedarfsfall direkter Übernahme)

- Konsequentes Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagement inkl. Abrechnung Abnahme und Verfolgung

von Gewährleistungs-/Mangelpunkten

- Durchführung bautechnischer Begutachtung & Risikoanalyse ("technische Due-Diligence") im Rahmen

von Liegenschaftsankäufe

- Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen Organisations- und Informationssysteme

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, HTL-Hochbau und/oder

abgelegte Baumeisterprüfung)

- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion bei der ganzheitlichen Abwicklung von Projekten

(Planung, Genehmigung bis Fertigstellung komplexer Bauvorhaben im Hochbau)

- Sehr gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse (v.a. MS Office, CAD, Auer / Nevaris)

- Selbstständige unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit starker Hands-on-Mentalität

und Verhandlungsgeschick

- Hohe Belastbarkeit Durchsetzungsstärke und Freude an einer eigenverantwortlichen Schlüsselrolle

Gehalt

Wir bieten für diese Position ein attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 85.000. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung möglich.

Zusätzlich steht dir ein Dienstwagen zur Verfügung, der auch privat genutzt werden kann.
