The posting

Für die Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt im Rahmen einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung eine_n 1 Bautechniker / Bauleiter (m/w/d) für Hochbau-Projekte in der Steiermark Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst unter anderem:

* Technische, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Leitung des Bauvorhabens

* Koordination aller am Bau beteiligten Gewerke sowie externer Dienstleister

* Sicherstellung der fach- und termingerechten Ausführung gemäß Planung und Behördenauflagen

* Laufende Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminüberwachung

* Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Projektleitung und Eigentümer

* Unterstützung bei Vergaben, Ausschreibungen und Abrechnungen

* Baustellenkontrollen und Behördenabstimmungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Bauaufsicht, idealerweise im Hochbau

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in ÖNormen, Bauabläufen, Ausschreibung und Vergabe

* Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwaretools (MS Office, AutoCAD o. Ä.)

* Führerschein B
