Wir suchen eine_n: 1 Bautechniker_in

Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung

Anforderungen:

º abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf oder HTL-Matura

º Berufspraxis im Bereich Baugewerbe / Technik bevorzugt

º Selbstständige, Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

º ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie kaufmännisches Denken

º Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

º Sicheres, kompetentes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick

º Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Belastbarkeit

º gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Aufgabengebiet:

º Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Kalkulation sowie beider Abrechnung von Projekten

º Koordination und Überwachung von Baustellen im Bereich Trockenbau (Wände, Decke, Bauelemente)

º Prüfung von Plänen sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards unter Einhaltung relevanter Schutzvorschriften (Wärme-, Kälte-, Schall- und Brandschutz)

º Laufende Projektdokumentation und Pflege projektbezogener Unterlagen

º Kontrolle der Kostenentwicklung, Durchführung der Rechnungsprüfung sowie Vorbereitung der Abrechnung

º Ansprechperson für Projektpartnern
