Ausschreibung und / oder örtliche Bauaufsicht

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Freude und Motivation in einem Team mitzuwirken

* Offene, freundliche und kommunikative Art

* Verantwortung und Koordination der Bauausführung und des Zusammenwirkens der beteiligten Unternehmen im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts

* Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Örtliche Koordination von Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie Überwachung auf Übereinstimmung mit den Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Verträgen auf Einhaltung der technischen Regeln und der behördlichen Vorschreibungen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Detailterminplanes

* Laufende Qualitätskontrolle und Überwachung der Mängelbehebung

* Koordination und Kontrolle sowie Dokumentation div. erbrachter Bauleistungen

* Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den hausinternen Abteilungen und div. Subunternehmen

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Berichten, Auswertungen, Analysen, etc.

* Planungs- u. Baustellenkoordination im Sinne des BauKG

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene (bau)technische Ausbildung, Fachrichtung Hochbau (HTL, FH, TU)

* Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bauabwicklung, idealerweise in einem komplexen Umfeld

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, AutoCAD, ABK oder ähnliche Programme)

* Engagierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten:
