* Du wirkst bei Akquise Projekten mit erfahrenen Kalkulant:innen an unserer Auftragsgewinnung mit.

* Deine Aufgabe im Team ist die Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Massenermittlungen.

* Du erkennst dabei auch proaktiv Einsparungs- und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in Bauprojekten und arbeitest diese gemeinsam mit den Kalkulant:innen aus.

* Du erstellst Ausschreibungen und Preisspiegel für Nachunternehmerleistungen.

* Wenn gewünscht kann im Karriereplan auch die Weiterentwicklung zum/zur eigenständigen Kalkulant:in unter Führung von Kalkulationsteams ins Auge gefasst werden.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung in einer HTL, Uni oder FH.

* Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder auch sehr gerne als Bauleiter:in oder Techniker:in auf Baustellen.

* Gutes Vorstellungsvermögen bautechnischer Abläufe auf Basis von Planunterlagen.

* Kenntnisse in Abrechnungsprogrammen (iTWO von Vorteil) sowie MS Office.

* Teamplayer mit eigenständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise.
