Wir suchen: 1 Bautechniker (m/w/d) Aufgabenbeschreibung

* Abwicklung von Bauprojekten vom Erstgespräch bis zur Abrechnung

* Erstellung von Einreich-, Polier- und Detailplänen (Archicad)

* Selbstständige Kalkulation von Bauprojekten und Angebotslegung (Auer/Nevaris, BMD)

* Baubegleitung und technische Projektabwicklung (Führung von Baustellenteams)

* Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Behörden und Projektbeteiligten (Architekten, Subunternehmer, Gewerkekoordination, ...)

* Abrechnung und Kostenkontrolle von Bauprojekten (Wirtschaftliche und terminliche Gesamtverantwortung)

* Dokumentation und Projektverwaltung

Anforderungsprofil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (HTL/FH/Uni im Bauwesen)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hochbau

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Archicad und Auer/Nevaris

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)

* Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, auch bei mehreren Baustellen gleichzeitig

* Führerschein B
