Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief verwelkomen en adviseren van klanten in het Frans en Engels (andere talen zijn een pluspunt).
  • Professioneel analyseren van de behoeften van de klant en gepaste producten aanbevelen.
  • Demonstreren en promoten van parfums, make-up en huidverzorgingsproducten.
  • Realiseren en overtreffen van de vooropgestelde verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Opbouwen van een duurzame klantenrelatie dankzij een uitstekende service.
  • Correct uitvoeren van promotionele acties en lanceringen van nieuwe producten.
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke presentatie van de producten volgens de merchandisingrichtlijnen van het merk.
  • Controleren en aanvullen van de voorraad.
  • Toepassen van alle veiligheids-, hygiëne- en luchthavenvoorschriften.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het merk met een onberispelijke uitstraling en professionele houding.
  • Werkuren : 6u-13u20 of 13h-20h20
  • Sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en passie voor verkoop.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Klantgericht, dynamisch en proactief.
  • Verzorgd voorkomen en gevoel voor luxeproducten.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar volgens wisselende uurroosters, inclusief weekends, feestdagen en vroege of late shiften.
  • Goede kennis van het Frans en Engels; bijkomende talen zijn een troef.
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Antoonbare ervaring in luxe retail, cosmetica, parfumerie of beauty is een pluspunt
