Als Bediende Aankoop ga je aan de slag met de volgende taken:

  • Beheren en actualiseren van het artikelbestand, met nauwgezette opvolging van product- en leveranciersinformatie.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne afdelingen (aankoop, marketing, verkoop) omtrent assortiment, prijzen en acties.
  • Verlenen van administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning aan de inkoopteams.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van folders, promotionele acties en andere commerciële communicatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij operationele en administratieve vragen binnen SAP, kassasystemen en na-verkoopprocessen.
  • Instaan voor correcte, tijdige rapportages en een gestructureerd beheer van documentatie.
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en het implementeren van verbeteringen binnen de aankoopwerking.
  • Bachelor of Master in een bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende functie, bij voorkeur in retail of op een commerciële afdeling.
  • Vlotte werking met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel; kennis van SAP is een plus.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken en schrijven en hebt een zeer goede kennis van Frans.
  • Je bent efficiënt, gedreven, nauwkeurig en kan goed multitasken. Daarnaast ben je ook analytisch, communicatief sterk en denk je mee met interne klanten.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, hands-on en voelt je thuis in een no-nonsense DIY-omgeving.
