In een stabiele en mensgerichte organisatie met een sterke focus op correcte HR‑processen en betrouwbare administratie, krijgt de Bediende HR, Payroll en Boekhouding een gevarieerd takenpakket binnen loonverwerking, personeelsadministratie, subsidies en boekhoudkundige ondersteuning. De functie combineert operationele nauwkeurigheid met klantgericht advies.

  • Samenwerken met HR‑collega’s en het sociaal secretariaat voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking van ongeveer 800 bedienden en arbeiders.
  • Opvolgen van personeelsadministratie van in‑ en uitdiensttreding, inclusief opmaak van contracten en sociale documenten.
  • Dagelijkse uitvoering van personeelsadministratie en up‑to‑date houden van personeelsgegevens.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen vanuit het payrollsysteem en Excel.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten rond payroll en sociaaljuridische vragen.
  • Controleren van administratieve vereisten voor subsidies die gelinkt zijn aan personeel.
  • Bijspringen in boekhoudkundige administratie waar nodig.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte boekhoudkundige afsluiting van subsidies.
  • Opstellen van rapporten en documentatie voor subsidieaanvragen en verantwoording.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en tijdig indienen van subsidieaanvragen en verantwoordingen.

De rol van Bediende HR, Payroll en Boekhouding biedt een mooie combinatie van HR‑expertise, analytisch werk en administratieve verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een payrollfunctie.
  • Goede kennis van HR‑processen en proactieve ingesteldheid om deze te verbeteren.
  • Bereidheid om ook boekhoudkundige administratie op te nemen.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office; kennis van E‑Blox en/of Exact is een meerwaarde.
  • Loyaal, discreet en plichtsbewust.
  • Cijfermatig, analytisch en nauwkeurig.
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en communiceren.
  • Flexibel, zelfstandig en stressbestendig.
