Als bediende serviceadviseur-administratie voor Concessie en Carrosserie Renault/Dacia Garage DIELEMAN ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle administratie die komt kijken bij het herstel en de verkoop van onze wagens.

  • je hebt ervaring in de automotive, een absolute must
  • met cijfers werken zit jou in de vingers
  • je bent in staat om klantendossiers correct te verwerken van A-Z zodat het volledige proces correct wordt afgehandeld.
  • je ondersteunt de sales door een professionele administratieve rol op te nemen
  • je bent vertrouwd met het opmaken en opvolgen van facturen van onderhoud en herstellingen voor particuliere klanten en fleetklanten
  • je volgt de planning van de werkplaats op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • het registreren van werkopdrachten en de organisatie ervan is voor jou een koud kunstje
  • je digitaliseert alle dossiers met de nodige dokumenten en archiveert deze bij de invoerder
  • je zorgt ervoor de de afleveraar alles in handen heeft om er een geslaagde aflevering van te maken naar de klant toe

4/5 werkritme is mogelijk in deze functie.

Je werkt op zaterdagvoormiddag, met een dag recup op een weekdag.

Je komt terecht in een familiebedrijf met meer dan 68 jaar ervaring en in een moderne werkomgeving.
