Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Klantenadviseur verzekeringen voor onze klant in Bree. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in persoonlijk en kwalitatief verzekeringsadvies op maat.

Jouw takenpakket als Klantenadviseur verzekeringen bestaat uit:

  • Klantenbegeleiding & advies: Je brengt de specifieke behoeften van de klant nauwkeurig in kaart en treedt op als hun vaste, betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor alle verzekeringsvragen.
  • Offertebeheer & onderhandeling: Je stelt gepersonaliseerde voorstellen op, vergelijkt de marktvoorwaarden bij diverse maatschappijen en onderhandelt de scherpste tarieven en beste dekkingen uit.
  • Dossierbeheer van A tot Z: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opmaak en administratieve verwerking van polissen in het softwarepakket BRIO.
  • Communicatie & netwerken: Je licht adviezen helder toe (zowel digitaal, telefonisch als face-to-face) en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met externe partners zoals verzekeraars, notarissen en herstellers.

Profiel

Als Klantenadviseur verzekeringen herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Opleiding & ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Bank & Verzekeringen of hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen de sector.
  • Commercieel & klantgericht: Je denkt proactief met de klant mee, ziet commerciële kansen en blinkt uit in heldere, empathische communicatie.
  • Nauwkeurig & zelfstandig: Je werkt punctueel, kan vlot zelfstandig dossiers beheren en bent tegelijkertijd een fijne teamplayer.
  • Talen & IT: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands (kennis van Frans of Engels is een pluspunt) en hebt een goede basis in MS Office. Ervaring met BRIO is een grote troef!
