Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend metaalbedrijf, zijn we op zoek naar een bediener-steller profileerlijn. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je staat in voor het instellen en bedienen van de profileerlijn en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de productie vlot, veilig en volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als bediener-steller profileerlijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van jouw werkpost.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je stelt de pers, richtmachine, profileuse en printer in aan de hand van productieorders, stelkaarten en technische tekeningen.
  • Je monteert en stelt rollen, gereedschappen en andere toebehoren correct af.
  • Je maakt de eerste productiestukken en controleert de kritische afmetingen.
  • Je start de profileerlijn op en bewaakt het productieproces.
  • Je stuurt machineparameters bij wanneer nodig om een optimale productie te garanderen.
  • Je voert tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uit op afmetingen, vorm en afwerking.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en meetrapporten.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens, controles en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit en meldt technische storingen aan de onderhoudsdienst.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je werkpost ordelijk, netjes en veilig blijft.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die techniek en productie graag combineert.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met profileerlijnen, metaalbewerking of machinebediening is een mooie plus.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je kunt werken met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat en rolmeter.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en denkt graag mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met onverwachte situaties.
