Impact maken als Bedrijfsarts en praktijkopleider Bedrijfsarts & Praktijkopleider bij De Arbodienst is een rol met impact én verdieping. Als bedrijfsarts bij De Arbodienst heb je een sleutelrol. Je hebt nauw contact met directies en managementteams van onze klanten én met onze eigen organisatie. Jij bent de sparringpartner die adviseert, activeert en het verschil maakt in duurzame werkhervatting en preventie. Daarnaast ben je als praktijkopleider een echte inspirator. Je begeleidt gemiddeld 3 tot 4 artsen in opleiding (AIOS) en krijgt hier wekelijks tijd en ruimte voor: minimaal 2 uur individuele begeleiding per AIOS, aangevuld met dagelijkse supervisiemomenten. Je stemt je aanpak af op hun leerstijl, competenties en ontwikkelbehoeften. Jij creëert een veilig leerklimaat waarin ruimte is voor reflectie, vragen en groei. Als rolmodel geef je richting én vertrouwen. Als Bedrijfsarts ben jij een betrokken adviseur en verbinder. Je weet medewerkers te activeren richting werkhervatting en begeleidt verzuim op een positieve, preventieve manier. Doordat je dicht op de klant zit, zijn de lijnen kort en kun je snel schakelen met contactpersonen, medewerkers én collega's van paraDIGMA groep. Je krijgt de ruimte om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met een grote, diverse en dynamische klantenkring, ideaal om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.
