Meedoen De bedrijfsarts verzorgt de (sociaal-)medische begeleiding van medewerkers en adviseert het management en interne professionals. De rol is gericht op kansen en mogelijkheden om re-integratie te bevorderen en verzuimduur waar mogelijk te verkorten. Samenwerking met interne psychologen en bedrijfsverpleegkundigen is essentieel; doorverwijzing gebeurt waar nodig. Communiceert duidelijk en heldere adviesrapportages zijn uitgangspunt voor besluitvorming en opvolging. Handelt onafhankelijk en onpartijdig en draagt actief bij aan inclusie en deelneming op de werkvloer. Verbinden Zoekt actief contact met betrokkenen, interne professionals en het management om gezamenlijke oplossingen te realiseren. Bouwt en onderhoudt een regionaal netwerk om geschikte re-integratieplekken te identificeren en benutten. Signaleert trends en deelt inzichten met het team om beleid en uitvoering te verbeteren. Ontwikkelen Verdiept zich in de organisatie en de lokale arbeidsmarkt om passende re-integratiemogelijkheden te ontwikkelen. Stimuleert de-medicalisering waar mogelijk en doet praktische voorstellen om re-integratie te versnellen. Draagt bij aan kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling binnen het interne team van Werkzaak Rivierenland. Vereist profiel - Geregistreerde arts met aantoonbare ervaring als bedrijfsarts; BIG‑registratie en naleving van relevante beroeps- en kwaliteitskaders. - Aantoonbare kennis en kunde in (sociaal‑)medische begeleiding en re-integratieprocessen binnen organisaties. - Onafhankelijke, onpartijdige en samenwerkingsgerichte houding; zoekt actief contact met betrokkenen en interne professionals. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel procesgericht als inhoudelijk; vaardig in het opstellen van duidelijke adviesrapportages. - Proactief in het signaleren van trends, oplossingsgericht en gericht op de-medicalisering en praktische re-integratieoplossingen. - Beschikt over een regionaal netwerk of de bereidheid ...
