ST Groep Smets zoekt een ervaren, gemotiveerde zelfstandige ploegbaas voor projecten in de regio Limburg.

Als Ploegbaas Ruwbouw stuur je dagelijks een team van 2 aan op de werf. Je combineert leidinggevende taken met actief meewerken op de bouwplaats. Samen met je ploeg zorg je voor een kwalitatieve, veilige en tijdige uitvoering van uiteenlopende ruwbouwprojecten.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Team aansturen: Verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, motiveren van de ruwbouwploeg en begeleiden van de uitvoering.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Controleren en bewaken van de uitvoering van metselwerk, bekistingswerken, ijzervlechten en betonstorten conform de bouwplannen.
  • Veiligheid bewaken: Toezien op de strikte naleving van de veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieu-instructies (VCA) op de werf.
  • Materiaalbeheer: Coördineren en beheren van de benodigde bouwmaterialen, werktuigen en machines op de bouwplaats.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring & Vakkennis: Grondige praktijkervaring en eensterke bouwtechnische kennis in de ruwbouw. Je kan vlot lezen en interpreteren van bouw- en bekistingsplannen.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Ervaring met het uitzetten van assen, peilmaten en het bedienen van standaard werfmachines en gereedschappen.
  • Leidinggevend talent: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, besluitvaardig en een probleemoplossende ingesteldheid.
  • Attesten & Rijbewijs: In het bezit van een rijbewijs B (BE is een pluspunt en een geldig VCA basis attest.
  • Je bent uiterst gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en neemt initiatief.
