Heb jij een commerciële instelling en ben je klaar om de leiding te nemen over een vestiging? Wij zoeken een ondernemende bedrijfsleider die het leuk vindt om zowel de verkoop te stimuleren als de dagelijkse operatie in goede banen te leiden. Als bedrijfsleider ben jij het gezicht van onze vestiging in Raalte en weet je klanten te enthousiasmeren en te adviseren over ons brede aanbod aan aanhangwagens en trailers. Wat ga je doen? ● Leidinggeven aan de vestiging Raalte en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verkoop van aanhangwagens en onderdelen. ● Onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties en actief nieuwe klanten werven. ● Administratief verwerken van nieuwe en ingeruilde aanhangwagens in ons ERP-systeem. ● Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en de andere vestigingen. Wat vragen wij van jou? ● Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt affiniteit met techniek. ● Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. ● Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk. ● Een BE-rijbewijs is een pré. Wat bieden wij jou? ● Een dienstverband van 32 - 40 uur per week binnen een klein team. ● Marktconform salaris volgens cao motorvoertuigen en tweewielerbedrijf. ● Een afwisselende functie waarin je de ruimte krijgt om de vestiging verder te ontwikkelen. ● Vast dienstverband bij gebleken geschiktheid.
