Monteurs die op tijd op pad kunnen, met de juiste bus, de juiste certificaten en een contract dat klopt: dat is geen toeval, dat is het werk van ons HR Support Center! Wij hebben ons HR Support Center opnieuw vormgegeven, waarbij taken die tot nu toe verspreid lagen over losse functies samengebracht zijn in één team, waarin iedereen elkaar kan vervangen. Als HR Officer ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en ondersteunende HR-processen, van de eerste werkdag tot aan het exitgesprek. WAT GA JE DOEN - Je verzorgt arbeidsovereenkomsten, verlengingen, functie- en salariswijzigingen, VOG aanvragen, onboarding en dossieropbouw en levert de maandelijkse salarismutaties aan. - Je beheert AFAS voor de HR-processen, richt workflows en formulieren in en bewaakt de kwaliteit van personeelsgegevens en digitale dossiers. - Je houdt verzuimdossiers actueel, bewaakt de termijnen uit de Wet verbetering poortwachter en stemt af met arbodienst, bedrijfsarts en UWV. - Je organiseert opleidingen en certificeringen van de Bonarius Academy en zorgt dat inschrijvingen, planningen en hercertificeringen op tijd geregeld zijn. - Je ondersteunt en vervangt bij afwezigheid de HR & Mobility Officer met alles rondom het wagenpark en de bedrijfsmiddelen. Van aanvraag en uitgifte tot onderhoud, vervanging, schade, boetes en de uitgifte van telefoons, laptops en tablets. - Je helpt mee aan de verdere opbouw van het HR Support Center door werkinstructies vast te leggen, collega's in te werken en processen ...
