Voor onze ambachtelijke beenhouwerij zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en gedreven beenhouwer die mee wil instaan voor de dagelijkse werking van onze zaak en die trots is op zijn/haar werk.

Jouw functie

Als beenhouwer speel je een belangrijke rol binnen ons team. Je staat mee in voor de verwerking van kwaliteitsvol vlees en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten elke dag opnieuw kunnen rekenen op verse en verzorgde producten.

Concreet omvat jouw takenpakket:

  • Versnijden, uitbenen en portioneren van verschillende vleessoorten
  • Bereiden van huisgemaakte specialiteiten, charcuterie en vleesbereidingen
  • Mee instaan voor voorraadbeheer en het correct bewaren van producten
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke presentatie van de toonbank
  • Nauwgezet naleven van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en HACCP-normen
  • Klanten vriendelijk te woord staan en professioneel adviseren
  • Meedenken over nieuwe producten, bereidingen en verbeteringen
  • Je hebt een opleiding als beenhouwer of relevante ervaring in het vak
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en met oog voor detail
  • Je hebt respect voor producten, collega’s en klanten
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om bij te leren
  • Passie voor ambacht en kwaliteit draag je vanzelf uit
