Bouw mee aan een uitgesproken Brussels craft beer-verhaal in Vlaanderen. This role is ideal for someone currently working in a more traditional brewery or beverage company who is looking to join a faster-moving, more innovative and growth-oriented adventure.

Our client is an independent Belgian brewery with a distinctive identity, a strong presence in Brussels and ambitious growth plans across Flanders.

Operating at the crossroads of craft beer, hospitality, urban culture and premium experiences, the brewery has built a loyal following by doing things differently. Today, there is a unique opportunity to bring that success story to the vibrant Horeca scenes of Ghent and Antwerp.

To support this next chapter, we are looking for a Flanders Sales Representative with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Omschrijving

Dit is geen klassieke accountmanagementfunctie.

Hoewel het merk in Brussel al sterk ingeburgerd is, bieden Gent en Antwerpen nog een aanzienlijk groeipotentieel. Daarom ligt de focus van deze rol sterk op business development, marktontwikkeling en merkopbouw.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de aanwezigheid van het merk in jouw regio door vraag te creëren bij horecazaken en sterke relaties op te bouwen met distributiepartners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • De zichtbaarheid en bekendheid van het merk vergroten in Gent en Antwerpen.
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten identificeren en nieuwe klanten aantrekken binnen cafés, bars, restaurants en hotels.
  • Sterke relaties opbouwen met horeca-uitbaters en besluitvormers.
  • Het assortiment presenteren en zorgen voor succesvolle plaatsingen op de kaart.
  • Fungeren als echte ambassadeur van het merk en zijn waarden.
  • Nauw samenwerken met drankengroothandels en distributeurs om een optimale beschikbaarheid van de producten te verzekeren.
  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met belangrijke distributiepartners.
  • De juiste route-to-market strategie implementeren en opvolgen.
  • Commerciële resultaten analyseren en nieuwe groeikansen identificeren.
  • Je bent gevestigd in Gent of Antwerpen.
  • Nederlands is je moedertaal of je beheerst het perfect.
  • Je hebt een basis tot gemiddeld professioneel niveau Frans, voldoende om met collega's en interne stakeholders te communiceren.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen horeca, bier, dranken of de bredere Food & Beverage-sector.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de horecamarkt.
  • Je begrijpt hoe de Belgische distributiemarkt werkt en kent de rol van drankengroothandels.
  • Je begrijpt dat succes in deze sector zowel wordt opgebouwd via horeca-relaties als via sterke samenwerkingen met distributeurs.
  • Ervaring binnen een brouwerij, drankenbedrijf of horecadistributie is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en krijgt energie van het openen van nieuwe deuren.
