Wat doe je als begeleider in opleiding verkort leertraject Deze zij-instroomroute is een omscholingstraject op een van de volwassenen locaties in Groesbeek, Wonen en Werken in de Wijk. Starten met dit leerwerktraject kan tussen 1 september en 1 november 2026. Je start begin november de landelijk erkende opleiding Maatschappelijk Zorg (niveau 4) via een particuliere opleider op een locatie in Nijmegen. Één dag per week volg je onderwijs, de overige dagen werk je als begeleider binnen de woongroep. De eerste drie maanden draai je boven de dagelijkse bezetting mee op de groep, zodat jij een zachte landing hebt binnen Pluryn. De opleiding Maatschappelijke Zorg die je gaat volgen duurt 18 maanden. Je leert vooral in de praktijk, met passende lessen die aansluiten bij je leerbehoeften. De opleiding is opgebouwd uit leereenheden, waarin je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt van meelopen tot coördineren. Jij begeleidt cliënten met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking, lichamelijke beperking en/of psychiatrische problematiek en ondersteunt ze bij iedere stap in hun dagprogramma. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilig en prettig leefklimaat, waarin de cliënt zichzelf mag zijn. Hier herken jij jezelf in als begeleider in opleiding verkort leertraject - Je droomt van een baan in de gehandicaptenzorg, maar mist nog het juiste papiertje. Wél heb je al een mbo-4 diploma op zak. Tijd om je hart te volgen en stappen te zetten; - Minimaal drie jaar werkervaring op niveau 4 is vereist; - Je bent gemotiveerd om aan de slag te gaan met cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking(LVB).
