Binnen onze afdeling Sprankel zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste opvoeder die wil ondersteunen in onze dagbesteding.

Je krijgt de kans om een positieve impact te maken op het leven van kinderen met ASS, taalstoornissen, gehoorproblemen en bijkomende moeilijkheden.

Wat zijn je taken?

Je gevarieerde takenpakket:

  • Je begeleidt samen met een collega de ateliers ‘ tuin en dier’ en ‘ crea’, waar je kinderen stimuleert om te ontdekken, beleven en groeien.
  • Je zorgt voor een goed verloop van de leefgroepmomenten tijdens de middag en het vieruurtje.
  • Je neemt één ochtend per week het speelplaatstoezicht voor je rekening en draagt zo bij aan een positieve en veilige schoolomgeving.
  • Wanneer een kind extra ondersteuning nodig heeft, bied je collega’s een helpende hand en zorg je mee voor de juiste begeleiding.
  • Je vervangt occasioneel een afwezige collega in onze verblijfgroep.
  • Je creëert een veilige, gestructureerde en warme omgeving voor de kinderen.
  • Je organiseert boeiende activiteiten die aansluiten bij de interesses van de kinderen.
  • Je zorgt voor optimale ontwikkelingskansen op vlak van sociale en emotionele ontwikkeling en zelfredzaamheid.

Je werkt telkens op maandag, dinsdag en vrijdag. Het atelier ‘Crea’ vindt plaats op onze school. Voor het atelier ‘Tuin & Dier’ trek je samen met de kinderen en een collega naar onze locatie in Kraainem. Je begeleidt de verplaatsing met het busje.

  • Je hebt een diploma van graduaat of bachelor met een (orho)pedagogische, psychologische of sociale oriëntatie (of gelijkstelling door ervaring).
  • Je hebt inzicht en/of kennis in de leefwereld en de ondersteuningsnood van kinderen met ASS of taalstoornis of auditieve beperking.
  • Je bent warm, geduldig en communiceert verbindend.
  • Je kan structuur aanbieden.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken.
  • Je kan op een creatieve manier werken en werkt activiteiten op maat van de kinderen uit.
  • Je gaat op een warme en pedagogisch verantwoorde manier om met kinderen.
  • Je beschikt over een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister, model 2.
