PSW Weert PSW - Weert - 14 - 36 uur - MBO - € 2.597,- tot € 3.635,- Begeleider nachtdienst in Weert Over PSW de Maaslandlaan Dit woonbegeleidingscentrum, geopend in 2017, is volledig ingericht op het verzorgen en begeleiden van volwassenen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking. De woonlocatie is ruim opgezet, voorzien van moderne hulpmiddelen en tilsystemen en straalt een huiselijke sfeer uit. Er zijn 21 kamers, verdeeld over drie huiskamers, plus een logeerkamer. De drie groepen binnen PSW Maaslandlaan: - Groep 1: Bewoners met een hogere zorgvraag, veelal rolstoelafhankelijk. - Groep 2: Bewoners met een stoornis binnen het autistisch spectrum. - Groep 3: Bewoners waarbij non-verbale communicatie een grote rol speelt. Wat ga jij doen als begeleider in de nachtdienst? Als begeleider in de nachtdienst begint jouw dienst ongeveer tussen 22:00 en 22:30 nadat er een overdracht tussen de diensten heeft plaatsgevonden. Deze dienst duurt tot 7:00 in de ochtend. Tijdens de nachtdienst bewaak je het uitluister systeem. Zodra er een akoestische melding binnen komt afkomstig van bijvoorbeeld de deurmelders, de EPI-watch, de bewegingsmelders en de sondevoeding melders, pak je deze op en help je de cliënt met de zorg die op dat moment nodig is. Je gaat hierin cliënt gericht te werk. Tijdens de nachtdiensten werk je alleen, ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de cliënten en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inschakelen van hulpdiensten indien nodig. Daarnaast pak je taken op om andere diensten (ochtend, middag en late diensten) te ondersteunen. Wat hebben wij te bieden? - Meteen een vast contract. De uren zijn bespreekbaar in onderling overleg; - Het gaat meestal om 2 tot 3 nachten doordeweeks; - Je salaris is conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg voor de functie van begeleider, FWG 35: min. €2597, - en max. €3635, - bruto/maand (op basis van 36 u/w).
