Onze organisatie Begeleidingscentrum Dennenhof is een multifunctioneel centrum vergund vanuit het Vlaams Agentschap voor Personen met een Handicap (VAPH). Ons zorgaanbod bestaat uit verblijf, dagbesteding en mobiel ambulante begeleiding. Binnen het niet rechtstreeks toegankelijke luik begeleiden we 100 kinderen en jongeren met een gedrags-, ontwikkelings-, emotionele- en/of autismespectrumstoornis. Binnen het rechtstreeks toegankelijke luik bieden we laagdrempelige mobiel en ambulante hulp op verschillende levensdomeinen voor jongere en (jong)volwassenen met (een vermoeden van) autisme.

Ademwerking De ademwerking is een alternatieve werking binnen onze voorziening die afwijkt van doorsnee leefgroepwerking. De focus ligt op rust en individuele begeleiding binnen een flexibele groepsstructuur bestaande uit kinderen en jongeren tussen 6 en 18 jaar met chronisch moeilijk lopende trajecten. Het doel is om onze leefgroepen te ontlasten en het kind/de jongere de mogelijkheid te bieden om te herbronnen, door hen tijdelijk binnen een andere setting te plaatsen. Onze interne ademwerking situeert zich in Wuustwezel en biedt een kleinschalig residentieel en ambulant aanbod.

Jobomschrijving in een notendop

  • Individuele begeleiding van kinderen en jongeren tussen 6 en 18 jaar met complexe hulpvragen
  • De invulling van een nuttig en gestructureerd residentieel en ambulant aanbod per individu
  • Veiligheid bieden zodat het kind/de jongere binnen de voorziening tot rust kan komen
  • Vasthouden aan de verbinding met belangrijke contexten en de vaste leefgroep
  • Uitbouwen van een intensieve samenwerking met onze interne dagbesteding, scholen en andere externe partners

In een ideale wereld…

  • Bezit je een graduaat of bachelor diploma in een sociaal-agogische studierichting
  • Heb je een eerste stage of werkervaring binnen leefgroepenwerking
  • Heb je affiniteit met gedrags-, ontwikkelings- en/of emotionele stoornissen
  • Weet je hoe orthopedagogisch te handelen en systeemtheoretisch te denken
  • Kan je complexe situaties inschatten, preventief werken en snel anticiperen
  • Bezit je zelfvertrouwen, flexibiliteit, doorzettingsvermogen en veerkrachtigheid
  • Kan je grenzen stellen en heb je aandacht voor afstand-nabijheid
  • Ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs b, handgeschakeld (noodzakelijk)
