The posting

FABRUKA, gecoördineerd door SAW-B, zoekt ter versterking van ons team een veelzijdige tweetalige medewerker (FR/NL) voor een dubbele functie.

Samen met terreinorganisaties en burgercollectieven brengt Fabruka onbeantwoorde sociale noden in kaart, bedenkt het concrete oplossingen en bouwt het mee aan collectieve projecten met maatschappelijke impact.

Doel van de functie

Begeleiden van projecten tijdens de structureringsfase van Fabruka (0,6 VTE) en instaan voor het administratief en financieel beheer van het Fabruka-consortium (0,4 VTE).

Belangrijkste taken

Als begeleider sociale ondernemingen :

- Projectcoördinatoren begeleiden en ondersteunen bij de structurering en verduurzaming van hun project.

- Op basis van bestaande modellen financiële plannen, cashflowtabellen, rapporteringen en statuten opstellen.

- Projectcoördinatoren coachen tijdens de volledige ontwikkeling van hun project, zodat zij hun idee kunnen valideren, hun oplossingen in de praktijk kunnen testen en hun project kunnen verduurzamen (stabilisering van teams en financieringsbronnen).

Als administratief en financieel beheerder:

- Subsidiedossiers opvolgen en verantwoordingsstukken opstellen voor EFRO en Innoviris)

- De halfjaarlijkse financiële rapportering voorbereiden

- Instaan voor de coördinatie van de verschillende partners op vlak van gegevensverzameling, informatie-uitwisseling en documentdeling

- De opvolgingstool voor activiteiten binnen het Fabruka-project beheren

- Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van instrumenten voor budgettaire en financiële opvolging

- Uitgaven beheren volgens de EFRO-procedures

- …

- Masterdiploma in een management-richting

- Ervaring met begeleiding van ondernemingen of aantoonbare coachende vaardigheden

- Ervaring met of affiniteit voor financieel beheer

- Veelzijdigheid en bereidheid om administratieve taken op te nemen

- Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid

- Goede beheersing van basis-ICT-tools en gevorderde kennis van Excel

- Vermogen om te werken in een tweetalige omgeving (FR/NL)

- Ervaring met nieuwe managementvormen (gedeelde governance)

- Kennis van of sterke interesse in sociaal ondernemerschap

- Kennis van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten en basiskennis boekhouding (gebruikte software: Winbooks) zijn pluspunten
