- Beheer Engineer 2e lijns Ter uitbreiding van ons 2e lijnbeheerteam zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren, doortastende en klantgerichte engineer. We zoeken een beheer engineer met uitgebreide netwerkkennis. Iemand die gewend is zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd een teamplayer is. Sla jij met jouw IT-kennis de brug tussen klant en oplossing? Kom ons 2e lijnbeheerteam versterken! De functie Het grootste deel van de tickets wordt door het 1e lijn team opgelost. De uitdaging van dit werk zit in de complexere zaken. Pas als het 1e lijn team een ticket van een van onze klanten niet kan oplossen, ga jij er mee aan de slag. Het mooie van deze baan is dat je de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht te werken, waarbij zorgvuldigheid, duurzaamheid en het belang van de klant altijd centraal staan. Je bent dan ook echt een allrounder. Met één of enkele diepgaande specialisaties red je het hier niet. Je zit namelijk regelmatig als engineer bij de klant en het is dan aan jou om de complexe en gevarieerde vraagstukken op te lossen. Dit maakt het werk enorm afwisselend en je leert elke dag weer meer en dat maakt het werk zo leuk. Jouw team heeft een echte teamspirit. Ondanks dat iedereen zijn eigen klanten heeft, lossen we graag samen problemen op! Wat je gaat doen - Ons beheerteam waakt over de ICT van onze klanten en zorgt dat deze altijd beschikbaar en up-to-date is; - Samen met interne beheerders van onze klanten kijken wij naar een passende service of het nu gaat om tijdelijke capaciteit, het borgen van nieuwe kennisgebieden of uitbesteding. - Op afstand monitoren en ondersteunen van (complexe) infrastructuren bestaande uit 1 of meerdere servers, firewalls en andere ICT apparatuur; - Ondersteunen van klanten met gebruikersondersteuning, Microsoft/Office 365 en werkplekbeheer.
