Die "Gemeinnützige Silbersberg-Betriebs GmbH" in 2640 GLOGGNITZ, sucht zur Erweiterung des Teams 1 Behindertenbetreuer_in für die Tagesstruktur Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, Montag bis Freitag 7:30h/8h - 16:00h

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

- Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen mit geistiger und oder mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung und unterstützt diese

gemeinsam im Teamwork,

- bei der alltäglichen Lebensführung und individuellen Basisversorgung

- bei der Haus- und Garten- bzw. Waldarbeit (Waldpädagogik)

- bei ihren Möglichkeiten zur Mitwirkung und Mitsprache.

- Du begleitest und unterstützt sie bei den Herausforderungen des Alltags

Du bringst mit:

· positive, wertschätzende Einstellung Menschen gegenüber

· Freude am Mitgestalten und der Teamarbeit

· UBV-Schulung (Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung)

· Selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

· Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit

· Führerschein B (öffentlich erreichbar)
