Der Verein Wohnen unterstützt Menschen in Wohnungsnot durch Beratung und Bereitstellung von leistbarem Wohnraum. Wir verstehen uns als innovatives Kompetenzzentrum für Menschen in Wohnungsnot.

Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen für den Standort 3100 St. Pölten ab sofort 1 Behindertenbetreuer*in für Teilbetreutes Wohnen, für Menschen mit intellektueller Behinderung Standort St. Pölten, 15 - 20 Wochenstunden, ab sofort

Darauf freust du dich

* Übernahme von Diensten in einem Wohnhaus im Rahmen der Dienstzeiten:

** Frühdienst: 06:30 bis 11:30 Uhr

** Nachmittagsdienst: 15:00 bis 20:00 Uhr

** Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertage: 10:00 bis 19:30 Uhr

** Keine Nachtdienste

* Begleitung von Menschen mit Lernbehinderung im Rahmen eines Bezugsbegleitungssystems

* Unterstützung der Bewohner*innen in ihrer individuellen Lebensführung

* Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung des Alltags (Haushaltsführung, Freizeitgestaltung, Begleitung zu Terminen etc.)

* Unterstützung bei der Erreichung individueller Ziele

* Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit

* Fachspezifische Ausbildung (Sozialpädagogik, Sozialarbeit, Fach- und Sozialbetreuung, Behindertenbetreuung)

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung und an Teamarbeit

* Flexibilität, Engagement und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B

Wir bieten dir

* 2 bis 3 fixe Dienste während der Woche sowie einmal pro Monat einen Wochenenddienst

* Vielseitiges und herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet

* Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team mit wertschätzendem Betriebsklima

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, fachspezifischen Weiterbildungen und Supervision

* Jährliche Mitarbeiter*innen-Tage, Betriebsausflug und Weihnachtsfeier

* Gehalt nach SWÖ-KV 7 (bei abgeschlossener Ausbildung) von mindestens € 3.074,80 brutto (Vollzeitbasis), Anrechnung relevanter Vordienstzeiten bis zu 10 Jahren möglich
