Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren, ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid voor binnen- en buitensportaccommodaties in de gemeenten Druten en Wijchen. - Adviseren, ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid voor sportstimulering in de gemeente Druten. - Zorgen voor goede samenwerking en inhoudelijke afstemming met adviseurs binnen relevante teams, waaronder Beheer Gemeentelijke Vastgoed en WMO, Jeugd en Gezondheid. - Het bewaken van overzicht en het leggen van verbindingen met andere beleidsterreinen, de uitvoeringspraktijk en inwoners. - Lokale regievoering en procesbegeleiding bij beleids- en uitvoeringsprocessen. Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau - Uiterlijk beschikbaar per 15-11-2026 voor 24 uur per week - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar in de rol van beleidsadviseur - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeente - Aantoonbare kennis van binnen- en buitensportaccommodaties Wensen: - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als beleidsadviseur - Minimaal 2 jaar recente werkervaring op het terrein van sportaccommodaties en sportstimulering - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar binnen een gemeente Algemeen Heb je interesse in deze functie?
