Vanwege langdurige ziekte van een collega is er tijdelijk behoefte aan een ervaren beleidsadviseur met ruime kennis van de Wmo en bij voorkeur ook kennis van de Jeugdwet. Als beleidsadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beleid rondom de Wmo, met name op het gebied van begeleiding (individueel en groep), hulpmiddelen, trapliften en woningaanpassingen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met diverse actuele beleids- en aanbestedingsvraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein. - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als beleidsmedewerker binnen het sociaal domein bij een gemeente; - Aantoonbare kennis van en werkervaring met relevante wet- en regelgeving; Wmo en Jeugdwet; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met aanbestedingen en regionale samenwerkingsverbanden; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met beleid op het gebied van jeugd; - Een salaris conform CAO Gemeente schaal 10, tussen €3824,- en €5624,- bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur) - Een functie voor 32 uur per week - Flexibele werktijden en veel ruimte om je werk zelfstandig in te richten - 8,33% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering - Reiskostenvergoeding of leaseauto en een goede pensioenregeling - Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen - Persoonlijke begeleiding vanuit een vaste recruiter en accountmanager - Een maatschappelijk relevante functie waarin je écht verschil maakt MatchPartner is een gespecialiseerd detacheringsbureau in de branches: Zorg en Welzijn, Arbo en Verzuim, Gemeente en Onderwijs.
