Beleidsadviseur Sport en gezondheid Categorieën - maatschappelijke ondersteuning - 24-32 uur - HBO Wat ga je doen? Als beleidsadviseur Sport ben je verantwoordelijk voor het sportbeleid van Veenendaal en de vertaling daarvan naar de praktijk. Je houdt zicht op de resultaten van het beleid en gebruikt inzichten uit de uitvoering om keuzes voor te bereiden en het beleid waar nodig bij te stellen. De komende periode ligt de nadruk op de besluitvorming en implementatie van nieuwe regelingen en op vraagstukken rondom sportaccommodaties. Daarnaast spelen de doorontwikkeling van het sportbeleid, nieuwe uitvoeringsplannen en het versterken van de samenwerking met verenigingen. Een belangrijk deel van je werk is de samenwerking met Sportservice Veenendaal. Deze stichting voert het sportbeleid uit en exploiteert de sportaccommodaties. Als accounthouder ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt vanuit de gemeente. Je maakt prestatieafspraken, volgt de uitvoering en bespreekt resultaten, ontwikkelingen en knelpunten. Zo bewaak je de aansluiting tussen de afspraken met Sportservice Veenendaal en de doelen van de gemeente. Sport raakt ook andere onderwerpen binnen de gemeente. Sporten en bewegen dragen bij aan gezondheid, participatie, sociale cohesie en zelfredzaamheid. Daarom werk je samen met collega's die zich bezighouden met andere beleidsthema's binnen de sociale basis. Ook stem je onderwerpen af zoals verhuur en groot onderhoud van accommodaties, subsidies, investeringen, sportfaciliteiten in de openbare ruimte en veiligheid. Ook richting het bestuur heeft jouw werk betekenis. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen en signalen uit het veld naar heldere adviezen voor de portefeuillehouder Sport. Je bereidt besluitvorming voor het college en de gemeenteraad voor en stemt voorstellen af met maatschappelijke partners en andere gemeenten of regio's.
