Beleidsadviseur VTH (kwaliteit) (32 uur) 32 uur per week, Samenvatting Als beleidsadviseur VTH (Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving) ben je de strategische spil binnen het VTH-stelsel van de drie gemeenten: Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt beleid, zorgt voor een sterke kwaliteitscyclus en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de provincie Noord-Brabant. Je verbindt beleid, uitvoering en bestuur en draagt zo bij aan een veilige duurzame en leefbare omgeving. Ben jij een verbindende beleidsadviseur met gevoel voor kwaliteit, bestuurlijke verhoudingen en heb je een sterke affiniteit met VTH? Je doet het voor de bewoners van niet minder dan drie gemeenten: Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen. Het werken voor drie gemeenten biedt veel kansen én uitdagingen. Binnen de ABG-organisatie nodigen we je uit om mee te denken, je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en af en toe een tikkeltje eigenwijs te zijn. ABG-gemeenten. Helemaal jouw werk! Jij zorgt ervoor dat het VTH-beleid niet alleen op orde is, maar ook daadwerkelijk werkt in de praktijk. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen, stuurt op samenhang en zorgt dat alle verplichte VTH-documenten tijdig en zorgvuldig worden opgesteld, afgestemd en vastgesteld. Dit is wat je concreet gaat doen: - VTH-beleid ontwikkelen en vertalen: Je ontwikkelt, actualiseert en implementeert het VTH-beleid voor de drie gemeenten en vertaalt landelijke en provinciale ontwikkelingen (zoals de Omgevingswet en Wkb) naar beleidskeuzes en uitvoerbare programma's. - Regie op kwaliteit en producten: Je coördineert de volledige kwaliteitscyclus VTH, stelt het uitvoeringsprogramma en de bijbehorende verslagen op en bewaakt de voortgang, samenhang en kwa...
