Als beleidsmedewerker werk je op het snijvlak van visie en realiteit. Je zit op de eerste rij van ons bestuur: je adviseert het managementteam en het college van burgemeester en schepenen met scherpe analyses, doordachte nota's en heldere beleidskeuzes. Je kijkt over de grenzen van diensten heen en helpt Oudsbergen wendbaar, kwaliteitsvol en slagkrachtig te organiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Strategisch adviseren: je vertaalt maatschappelijke tendensen en juridische evoluties naar concrete beleidsvoorstellen voor onze gemeente.
  • Besluitvorming regisseren: je zorgt dat complexe dossiers voor het college en de gemeenteraad inhoudelijk sterk, juridisch sluitend en helder geformuleerd zijn.
  • Projecten en organisatie versterken: je bewaakt de voortgang van beleidsprojecten en ondersteunt het diensthoofd personeel en organisatie bij het optimaliseren van onze werkprocessen en risicobeheersing.

Jouw talenten

  • Je combineert een scherpe analytische blik met een vlotte pen. Complexe materie herleid je moeiteloos tot een helder en overtuigend advies.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met juridische teksten en beleidsprocessen, of je bent gedreven om je hier snel in vast te bijten.
