ft 32824 Je behandelt complexe handhavingscasussen en stelt collegevoorstellen op bij politieke gevoeligheid. Je maakt handhavingsbesluiten en vertegenwoordigt het college en de burgemeester in bezwaar-, beroep- en hoger beroepsprocedures. Ook coördineer je de gemeentelijke inzet tijdens controles op vakantieparken en pak je de daaruit voortkomende handhavingszaken op. Daarnaast werk je aan het Uitvoeringsprogramma 2027 en de evaluatie 2026 Omgevingsrecht, VTH, en zorg je voor tijdige vaststelling en verzending aan provincie en raad. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de provincie over het VTH-uitvoeringsprogramma en de evaluatie. Samen met collega’s van team Mens & Samenleving draag je bij aan de vaststelling van het regionale Preventie- en Handhavingsplan Alcohol. Je neemt deel aan regionaal overleg waar nodig en adviseert de burgemeester over actuele handhavingsthema’s en casussen. Tot slot denk je mee over woonoverlast en ben je sparringpartner voor collega’s op het gebied van handhaving. Wat ga je doen - Je behandelt complexe handhavingscasussen en stelt collegevoorstellen op bij politieke gevoeligheid. - Je stelt handhavingsbesluiten op en vertegenwoordigt het college en de burgemeester in bezwaar-, beroep- en hoger beroepsprocedures. - Je voert regie op de gemeentelijke inzet tijdens controles op vakantieparken en pakt de daaruit voortkomende handhavingszaken op. - Je stelt het Uitvoeringsprogramma 2027 en de evaluatie 2026 Omgevingsrecht, VTH op en zorgt voor tijdige vaststelling in het college en verzending aan provincie en raad. - Je bent contactpersoon voor de provincie over het VTH-uitvoeringsprogramma en de evaluatie. - Je werkt met collega’s van team Mens & Samenleving aan de vaststelling van het regionale Preventie- en Handhavingsplan Alcohol. - Je neemt waar nodig deel aan regionaal overleg voor het opstellen van een regionaal Preventie- en Handhavingsuitvoeringsprogramma Alcohol. - Je informeert en adviseert de burgemeester tijdens portefeuillehouder.
