Aan de rand van de Achterhoek, vlak bij de Duitse grens ligt de gemeente Aalten. Rijke cultuurhistorie, een veelzijdig woningaanbod, ruime onderwijsvoorzieningen en een actief (sport)verenigingsleven maken Aalten tot een ideale plek om te wonen, werken en recreëren. Dit alles in een groene en landelijke omgeving. De gemeente bestaat uit de 2 hoofdkernen Aalten en Dinxperlo, het vestingstadje Bredevoort en de kleine kernen Barlo, De Heurne, Haart, Lintelo en IJzerlo. Ruim 180 medewerkers zetten zich in om onze 27.000 inwoners een prettig woon- en werkklimaat te bieden. Hierbij zijn durf, omgevingsbewustzijn, ondernemen, verantwoordelijkheid en zelfontwikkeling de kerncompetenties. We werken hard aan optimalisering van de dienstverlening en zijn volop in ontwikkeling. Door de relatief kleine organisatie zijn de lijnen kort en heerst er een open en informele sfeer. Opdracht - Behandelen (complexe) handhavingscasussen: opstellen van collegevoorstellen ingeval van politieke gevoeligheid, opstellen van handhavingsbesluiten en vertegenwoordiging van het college/burgemeester in bezwaar-, beroep- en hoger beroepsprocedures; - Regievoeren op gemeentelijke inzet tijdens controles op vakantieparken en de hieruit voortkomende handhavingszaken oppakken; - Opstellen van het 'Uitvoeringsprogramma 2027 en evaluatie 2026 Omgevingsrecht, VTH', zorgen voor vaststelling in het college uiterlijk 1 maart 2027, en zorgen voor (tijdige) toezending aan provincie en aan de raad; - Contactpersoon voor provincie m.b.t. het VTH-uitvoeringsprogramma en evaluatie; - In samenwerking met collega's van team Mens & Samenle...
