Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) ist ein Fonds der Republik Österreich und fördert Flüchtlinge und Zugewanderte in ihrer Integration. Dafür stellt der ÖIF Integrationszentren in allen Landeshauptstädten, Deutschkurse, Werte- und Orientierungskurse und Integrationsprüfungen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus setzt der ÖIF viele weitere Initiativen zur Förderung der sprachlichen, beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration um. Der ÖIF ist auch Ansprechpartner für Institutionen, Organisationen und Multiplikator/innen im Integrations-, Sozial- und Bildungsbereich. Lernen Sie den ÖIF näher kennen auf:

Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams: 1 Berater/in im Integrationszentrum Steiermark (40h) - Befristung auf 1 Jahr Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Einsatzort: Graz

Befristung auf 1 Jahr

Ihr Aufgabenfeld

* Kompetente Beratung unserer Kund/innen und Betreuung an unserer Beratungsstelle gemäß gesetzlichem Auftrag

* Durchführung von Beratungen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting (z. B. Orientierungsberatungen)

* Antragsannahme und -bearbeitung und Zubuchung unserer Kund/innen zu Deutschkursen und Werte- und Orientierungskursen

* Beantwortung von schriftlichen und telefonischen Anfragen

* Betreuung von Einstufungen im Zuge der Beratung

* Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. Datenerhebung, Überprüfung von Dokumenten, Reporting) sowie Recherchetätigkeit zu laufenden regionalen Integrationsangeboten

* Im Bedarfsfall Projektarbeit (Sprache, Bildung und Beruf)

* Mobile Beratungstätigkeiten (bei Bedarf)

* Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen des Integrationszentrum und des Frauenzentrum am Integrationszentrum Steiermark (bei Bedarf)

Ihre Kenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrungen

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freude am Umgang mit Kund/innen mit Migrationshintergrund bzw. Fluchthintergrund

* Interesse an der österreichischen Integrationslandschaft

* Belastbarkeit, Stressresistenz, Genauigkeit

* Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Datenbanken)

* Sprachkenntnisse der Hauptzielgruppen (Arabisch, Ukrainisch, Russisch, Dari / Farsi, Türkisch) von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Aufenthalts- und Asylrecht sind von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigenverantwortung
