Wir sind ein in Ranshofen/OÖ ansässiger Luftfahrtbetrieb, der medizinische Arbeitsplätze und Ausrüstungen in kundenspezifischen Sonderlösungen und Kleinserien für die Luftrettung und anspruchsvolle Interior-Lösungen für Helikopter und Flächenflugzeuge entwickelt, fertigt und wartet. Unsere Kunden und Kooperationspartner sind sämtliche nationale und internationale namhafte Flugzeughersteller und Rettungsorganisationen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering-Teams suchen wir eine praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit die analytisches Denken, mit technischem Verständnis und Freude an praktischen Versuchen verbindet.

Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Berechnungs- und Testingenieur (m/w/d) Entwicklungsaufgaben mit hoher Praxisnähe

Ihre Rolle

In dieser Stelle dimensionieren Sie Bauteile auf Basis von Grundsätzen der technischen Mechanik und überprüfen Ihre Berechnungen anschließend im realen Versuch.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Vorauslegung und Erstellung von Festigkeitsberechnungen mittels analytischer Berechnungen (Handrechnungen)

* Ermittlung von Lastfällen, Festlegung von Lastannahmen und Bewertung der Berechnungsergebnisse

* Planung und Erstellung von Prüfplänen für die Testdurchführung

* Koordination der Prüfkörperfertigung gemeinsam mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung

* Durchführung und Begleitung von Strukturtests gemeinsam mit dem Certified Validation Engineer

* Interpretation, Dokumentation und Freigabe der Testdokumentation sowie Unterzeichnung der Testberichte

Ihr Profil

* HTL-Abschluss (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik od. vergleichbar) mit mindestens 5 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der technischen Mechanik sowie Erfahrung in der Berechnung metallischer Bauteile

* Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung mechanischer Tests

* Kooperative, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Berechnungen direkt am Bauteil zu verifizieren

* Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* sichere Englischkenntnisse (va. in Schrift)

* Kenntnisse der Luftfahrt-Zertifizierung (EASA Part 21) und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüftechnik sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
