Als Bereichsleitung Programm und Wirkung verantwortest du die inhaltliche Ausrichtung, fachliche Qualität/Standards und Wirkungsorientierung aller psychosozialen und pädagogischen Angebote von SOS-Kinderdorf Österreich entlang der Programmpolitik und der strategischen Ziele des Vereins. Du definierst verbindliche fachliche Standards, entwickelst diese evidenzbasiert weiter und stellst sicher, dass fachliche Haltungen, Konzepte und Qualitätsmaßstäbe organisationsweit anschlussfähig, wirksam und umsetzbar sind. 1 Bereichsleitung Programm und Wirkung (m/w/d) Österreichweit, mit regelmäßiger Präsenz in Innsbruck/Wien, 39h/Woche, Start nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben

* Steuerung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Gesamtkonzepts sowie des Angebotsportfolios in enger Verzahnung mit den Primärprozessen der Standorte

* Steuerung fachlich-inhaltlicher Risikoanalysen im Bereich Kinderschutz, Pädagogik und Angebotsqualität sowie Ableitung organisationsbezogener Lern-, Entwicklungs- und Anpassungsmaßnahmen

* Verantwortung für das GAB-Qualitätsverfahren sowie für weitere fachliche Qualitätsentwicklungsinstrumente einschließlich Definition fachlicher Standards, Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Übersetzung in organisationale Steuerungsimpulse

* Gesamtverantwortung für Kinderschutz und Safeguarding auf fachlicher Ebene: Weiterentwicklung der Kinderschutz-Policy, Bewertung systemischer Fallentwicklungen sowie fachliche Schnittstelle zu relevanten externen Stellen

* Definition von Wirkungszielen, Indikatoren und Evaluationslogiken sowie Übersetzung von Ergebnissen in fachliche und strategische Entwicklungsentscheidungen

* Fachliche Rahmensetzung für Kompetenzprofile, Qualifizierungslogiken und Entwicklungsanforderungen pädagogischer Rollen in Abstimmung mit HR

* Führungs- und Gesamtbudgetverantwortung für die Bereiche zentrale Qualitätsentwicklung, Programmentwicklung, Forschung & Evaluation, Kinderschutz

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium (z. B. Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Sozialarbeit, Erziehungswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studienabschluss)

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in komplexen, idealerweise bundesweit oder regional organisierten Sozial- oder Bildungseinrichtungen

* Tiefes Verständnis von Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Safeguarding und Kinderschutz sowie von qualitäts- und wirkungsorientierter Steuerung

* Erfahrung in Konzeption, Implementierung und Evaluation von Programmen, inklusive Umgang mit quantitativen und qualitativen Daten

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz, Erfahrung in Gremienarbeit und in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Prozesse

Was dich erwartet

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 80.000,00 p.a. und wird auf Basis Deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation vereinbart.
