Du übersetzt und lokalisierst Produkttexte, Kategorien, Newsletter und Kampagnen. Statt Wort für Wort zu übersetzen, bringst du Inhalte mit Gespür für Marketingsprache so auf den Punkt, dass sie natürlich klingen, gut gefunden werden und verkaufen. * Qualitäts- & KI-Checker:in. Du prüfst KI-generierte Übersetzungen auf Herz und Nieren und entscheidest souverän, was gut genug ist und wo nachgebessert werden muss.

* Sprach & Kultur Expert:in. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kommunikation stets den richtigen Ton trifft. Funktioniert ein deutscher Satz auf Tschechisch nicht, sagst du es offen und findest eine Lösung, die kulturell und inhaltlich wirklich passt.

* Teamplayer:in & Mitgestalter:in. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team sowie anderen Abteilungen zusammen und unterstützt dabei, bestehende Arbeitsabläufe laufend zu verbessern.

Dein Reisegepäck - Was du mitbringst: * Tschechisch auf Muttersprachniveau oder ein laufendes bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie slowakisch als Plus.

* Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Sprache und Content sowie ein geschultes Auge für das Zusammenspiel von Text, Layout und Marketingsprache. * Sicherer Umgang mit CMS, Übersetzungstools und Excel sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis für digitale Inhalte und deren nutzerfreundliche und suchmaschinenoptimierte Gestaltung. Bereitschaft, sich Schritt für Schritt in unsere internen Backend-Systeme und relevante digitale Themen einzuarbeiten.

* Struktur & Genauigkeit. 3 Shops, 2 Deadlines, 1 Banner für morgen. Chaos? Nicht bei dir. Du setzt Prioritäten, bleibst genau und sagst früh Bescheid, wenn sich etwas nicht ausgeht. Parallele Workflows oder schnelle Wechsel bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe. * KI-Affinität. Du findest es spannend, was KI in der Übersetzung heute schon kann und wo menschliches Sprachgefühl unersetzlich bleibt. Du probierst gerne neue Tools aus, denkst Prozesse mit und gehst sorgsam mit Daten um.

Vorfreude - Das kannst du von uns erwarten: * Du bist Teil eines internationalen Teams mit 21 Kolleginnen aus 14 unterschiedlichen Ländern. Wir lieben den interkulturellen Austausch, egal ob es um verschiedene Sprachen, Feiertage oder Perspektiven für unsere Projekte geht. Genau dieser Mix bringt Dynamik, herzlichen Zusammenhalt und ziemlich viel gemeinsames Lachen mit sich.

* Eine Rolle, die sich mit dir weiterentwickelt. Du startest mit Übersetzungen für unsere Onlineshops. Da KI-Tools reine Routineübersetzungen immer stärker übernehmen, verändert sich dein Alltag mit der Zeit. Dein Fokus verschiebt sich Schritt für Schritt in Richtung KI-gestützte Qualitätskontrolle, Content-Optimierung und die aktive Unterstützung unserer internationalen Märkte.

* Flexibilität, die zu deinem Leben passt. Nach deinem Onboarding bist du mindestens 50 % in unserem Office in Graz vor Ort, den Rest gestaltest du flexibel. Für deine perfekte Life-Balance kannst du bis zu 4 Wochen pro Jahr als Workation nutzen (EU/EWR & Schweiz). Egal ob für mehr Zeit bei deinen Liebsten im Ausland, verlängerte Feiertage oder einen Tapetenwechsel zwischendurch ganz ohne dafür deinen Urlaub aufzubrauchen.

* Ein Brutto-Vollzeitgehalt zwischen € 2.362,- und € 3.011,- pro Monat, abhängig von deinem individuellen Reisegepäck. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt und dein Stundenausmaß legen wir dann gemeinsam fest. Denn du kannst entschieden, ob du Teil- oder Vollzeit arbeiten möchtest.
