Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit im Prüfungsteam bei der Analyse der Geschäftstätigkeit, des Jahres- und Konzernabschlusses sowie der branchenspezifischen Besonderheiten von Versicherungsunternehmen

* Erhebung und Verständnis der wesentlichen Prozesse in Versicherungsunternehmen.

* Beurteilung der korrekten Abbildung versicherungsspezifischer Sachverhalte in der Finanzberichterstattung nach UGB/VAG und IFRS

* Prüfung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten sowie Vorbereitung von Prüfungsberichten, Präsentationen und Unterlagen für interne und externe Abstimmungen

* Unterstützung unserer Kund_innen bei komplexen Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und regulatorischen Fragestellungen im Versicherungsbereich

* Direkte Kommunikation mit Kund_innen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist_innen aus den Bereichen Aktuariat, IT und Risk Management

* Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Analyse von Daten und zur Unterstützung der täglichen Prüfungsarbeit

Kompetenzen

* Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge

* Analytische Arbeitsweise und Zahlenaffinität

* Fortgeschrittene Rechnungslegungs-/Buchhaltungskenntnisse

* Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master, Universität/FH)

* Sehr gute Englisch- und MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Offenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von Artificial Intelligence (AI) sowie die Bereitschaft, AI-Tools aktiv und verantwortungsvoll im Arbeitsalltag zu nutzen."
