Als besturingstechnicus bij een zuivelproducent in Gorinchem beheer en optimaliseer je de software die de fabrieksinstallaties aanstuurt. Je werkt met Rockwell PLC’s, SCADA en MES met een koppeling naar het ERP-systeem. Samen met de Technische Dienst zorg je voor stabiele procesbesturing en pas je de software aan bij uitbreidingen en modificaties. Functie-inhoud - Je ontwikkelt en beheert besturingssoftware voor de technische installaties in de zuivelfabriek - Je ondersteunt de Technische Dienst bij het oplossen van softwarematige storingen - Je past de software aan bij uitbreidingen en modificaties van installaties - Je borgt de overdraagbaarheid met back-ups, documentatie, monitoring en testen - Je verbetert codestandaarden en tools voor stabiele en onderhoudbare besturing - Je stelt verbeteringen voor en voert projecten zelfstandig uit of begeleidt ze samen met betrokken afdelingen en partijen Functie-eisen - Je hebt mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in technische informatica, industriële automatisering, mechatronica en/of elektrotechniek - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als besturingstechnicus, bij voorkeur in de foodsector of procesindustrie - Je hebt ervaring met meet- en regeltechniek, procesbesturing en elektronica - Ervaring met Rockwell PLC’s, SCADA en MES voor ERP-integratie is een pre - Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar moderne techniek en continuïteit op lange termijn samengaan - Je werkt veilig, neemt eigenaarschap en zoekt samen met collega’s naar verbeteringen Aanbod - Je werkt bij een groeiend familiebedrijf in de zuivelindustrie - Je krijgt veel ruimte om je werk zelf in te richten - Je werkt in een informele en collegiale sfeer - Je krijgt ruime mogelijkheden om jezelf en de afdeling verder te ontwikkelen - Je arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform cao - Je werkt 40 uur per week via een detavastconstructie
